Do not worry , your child will boost healthy all time use to follow this simple excercise
Every child should be given more than just medicine. We have our diet regime and what is now wanted are very simple excercises and some breathing.Although simple they will do tremendous good in TONING THE ENTIRE BODY.
1. Circulation excercise:-
There must be relaxation and breathing between each excercise. To be done on walking and retiring. Many of them can be done in bed. Stretching- lift the arms above the head whilst lying stretched out the bed. Breathe in, stretch, hold for four, relax. Repeat 10 times.
Concentrate on the toes-- pull just the toes up towards the body then down towards the floor, breathing in as you lift them up
and breathing out as you push them down. Repeat 10 times.
Concentrate on the feet--
Pull up towards the body ,then down towards the floor, breathing in as you pull up and breathing out as you push down. Repeat 10 times. Circle the feet towards the feet towards the left 10 times and then towards the right 10 times. Hands, arms, and wrist s:- clench hand with thumbs tucked in, holding arms out stiffly in front of you. Open and close hands 10 times , keeping arms tense--- relax. Bend wrist-- keeping hands open,bend back at the wrists until tension is felt,then bend wrists forward as far as they will go. Repeat 10 times . Relax, Rotate, wrists with thumbs tucked in and hands clenched.Rotate 10 times to the left and 10 times to the right.
School excercise----
hands on shoulders. Hands forward ,back on to shoulders--- repeat 10 times. Hands above head back to shoulders-- repeat 10 times. Hands sideways,back to shoulders--- repeat 10 times Relax. As the hands leave the shoulders in all' positions, tense them and when returning to shoulders release tension. Breathe in as hands leave the shoulders and breathe out as hands are returned to shoulders.
2. Shoulder Rotation:--
Stand with hands at the sides , bending both arms at elbows so the palms are facing up. Clench fists, lift shoulders up and back and down . Using arms as levers in a circular movement . Repeat 10 times--- relax.
3. Neck Rotation:--
Sit on the floor,bed or chair . Drop the neck on the chest. Roll to the left . keeping the head as low on to the neck as possible.Repeat 10 times to the left and then to the right.
4. Cycling:--
Lie on your back , moving your legs as through you were cycling. First forward 10 times ,then back pedal 10 times.
5. Stomach Lock:--
Lie on your back.Pull stomach in towards the back. Hold for the count of four. Now , keeping that hold (do not relax your muscles). pull up towards the chest. Hold for 10--- relax.As you pull in, as you hold , hold the breath,and as you relax, breathe out. Repeat 10 times.
6. Toe Touch:--
Touch your toes 10 times. If you cannot do it. Just keep trying by rocking the body up and down towards the toes.
This set of excercises is so simple a child can do them but it is amazing the change that will take place in the body, if these are done for a month. They can be given to one and all .
